Software
The ILIDS software processes data from the 10-bit or 12-bit CCD camera. In addition to various statistical analyses, the software controls the traverse device (optional) and the pulse signal sequence that triggers the camera, laser, spray injection, and so on. Display windows include velocity, droplet diameter histogram, velocity-diameter correlation, distribution of droplet diameter and velocity. The software can display items specified by diameter ranges, velocity ranges, and X/Y coordinate ranges.
